This should be corrected by Amazon or Cosco...
Love ladder...Love all cosco ladders
...BUT
was wondering why I was still struggling to reach things???
(I'd thought I'd figured out the height I needed to reach and that this ladder's top step would be more than enough)
I Knew that the "FIVE FEET" was (supposed to be) only the height of the
of the entire ladder (who came up with that nonsensical way to measure Ladders)...but even at it's highest point (closed) it's only
56"...and opened it's only 51"...So it's much closer to four feet...
may not seem like much abstractly...
BUT
that's a loss of at least Four inches from the part you
can actually stand on...
which by my measurement is in reality only about 34"....
(Less than Three feet)
I REALLY needed those extra inches!!!!
Would have sprung for the "supposedly" six footer if I'd realized...

Better than advertised. This is even lighter than the Lite Weigt 2-step I already had. It's a one finger lift! I hang it in the clothes closet and use it for high storage items.

I purchased this ladder to get into my upper kitchen cabinets. Super light weight, easy to open and very stable even when standing on the upper step. Nice grab bar for added stability. I highly recommend this ladder for anyone who needs a light weight and easy to use ladder.

Easy to use & well built
