4.0 out of 5 stars A Good Introduction, February 24, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Cosmic Connections (Mysteries of the Unknown) (Hardcover)
This book is basically a short history of astrology, from the ancient middle east to the late 1980's (around the time the book was published). Also included are explanations of the attributes for each of the constellations and planets, and the book is also illustrated throughout. The only negative point I can find is that the book only briefly touches upon astrology in Asia, focusing instead on the western world. I can understand this somewhat as that's where the book's intended readers are but a more in-depth examination of Asian astrology would have been appreciated.
