This is a wonderful video. It hits all the major body parts for toning. The setting and the music are nice. I love this video because it does not take up too much time 20 - 25 minutes and it works. You will look and feel better if you do it regularly. It is one of my favorite videos.

Great video! I used this before my wedding and was in great shape on the big day. I wish they'd re-release it on DVD, but if you've still got a VCR, this is the best workout tape to have, you'll feel the burn in your thighs and abs and start seeing results quickly. Bikinis, bikinis, think bikinis.
