About the Author
JAMES K. HICKEL is a Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, Virginia. He has provided consulting services to organizations such as the New York Power Authority and American Electric Power, and government agencies such as the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. He has lectured and given seminars throughout the United States and has written for publications including the Journal of Business Strategy and the Journal of Communications. Hickel holds a B.A. from George Washington University, an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, and a J.D. degree from American University. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and earned a Change Management Advanced Practitioner certification from Georgetown University.
