This book makes a wonderful gift for any cat owner or pet lover; the hardest part is giving the book away, so buy yourself a copy to keep! The clever costumes and humorous yet feasible illustrations will brighten your day.

... to see how my aunt was happy with the present! Even though book is intended to be for kids, and my aunt was kid a long time ago, she was so happy with the book. She has two cats, and loves them so much - so this was the PERFECT GIFT for her. I can recommend this book to anyone who love or have a cat!

This a neat book with such cute, fun illustrations covering step-by-step instructions on how to make your own costumes for your cat! The best part is that it does not require a sewing machine or sewing skills. You need paper, a pair of scissors, measuring tape and odds & ends you usually have laying around your house.

My cats already have an entire giant tote filled with costumes, hats and collars purchased from Petco, Petsmart, BestBuy, Walmart, Target, BigLots, Gabriel Brothers, Amazon and other sources. Several of these costumes were intended for small dogs. Apparently, not all cat owners dress their cats for every holiday or family portraits. I only dress them up long enough for memorable photo shoots and/or entertaining guests (30 minutes at the most).

I also enjoy making some original costumes and this book has some good ideas. Note that because the costumes in this book are not sewn they are less sophisticated and permanent than the ones purchased in stores, however you can customize them to make them one-of-a-kind!!

If your cat is patient and lets you dress him or her up and you are a creative, scrap-booking type of person then this is the book for you!

I loved this book. I laughed and laughed. Chang should do this for dogs too -- then my whole family would be happy!
