I ordered this cap as a gift for a friend of mine, and I almost ordered one for myself. After receiving the hat, I definitely wish that I would have! I looked many places over the internet to find a similar hat and tried Amazon.com just on a whim. I came to find out that this was not only the lowest price hat, I could also order it fitted. The fitted size is extremely accurate. The quality, fit, and look of the cap are fantastic. I am absolutely 100% satisfied with my purchase, and I will be ordering a few more (including one for myself). As I said, other sites that sell only hats did not have anything of similar quality - not to mention they were well over twice the price. You will not find a better deal or better product as far as I am concerned. Also, you get the reliability of ordering something through Amazon.com. Meaning you have a reputable source, easy of transaction, and security. If you are not happy with the cap, put it back on the site... I'll probably buy it.

Just a heads up.

This hat is not in any way adjustable. The sizing chart link here on Amazon does not work, it simply tells you to contact the seller for sizing information.

The price is fair enough, the quality is good but sizing the hat correctly will be very difficult. I ordered a large and I wear a 7 1/4". I found the hat tight although that is what I found recommended at the merchant's web site.

Also the hat no longer comes in a box as one reviewer stated.

That thing is a real rubbish .. feels so cheap doesnt deserve even half of that price .. looks different from the one in the picture .. i absolutely dont recommend it .

I was looking for a hat for a halloween costume for my boyfriend, he is picky so I looked at practically every hat before I decided on this one. I read all the reviews and decided that this was the best one. Boy was I wrong! The pictures show what seems to be a nice quality hat with rivets on the sides, a nice bill, good patch, and it looks like there is embroidering on the black fabric behind the gold rope. When I received the hat it was in a box much too small for it so the hat was folded in half and crushed down to fit inside. This resulted in the hat not being in the regular hat shape, but rather a figure 8 kind of shape, so when you try to put it on it doesn't fit your head right. The patch on the front is fraying on all the sides and is not sewn on very well, the bill is crooked and bigger on one side than the other, there are no rivets on either side or embroidering on the hat. Also the hat is not stiff, it is floppy so when you put it on(if you can manage to get it straightened out enough to get it on) it looks ridiculous. I would not recommend buying this hat even if it is just for a costume. Keep looking!!!

Wow! I was a bit apprehensive about buying this hat, as I was afraid it would be too cheap looking. It actually is a very well made hat! Perfect for my indie-auteur-driven-indie-movie!

The title says it all. Its good enough for the kids to play around with. Flimsy and cheap quality.

I was surprised by the quality of this hat, especially with it being so inexpensive. It's not adjustable, which I preferred, because I saw an adjustable version and they look really cheap. I ordered the large and it fit perfectly over my Halloween wig. The only negative is the patch on my hat is sewn on crooked.

The hat itself is fine and should work with the average-size cranium no problem. What I'd like to point out is that the product is misadvertised as 'adjustable', when it in reality comes in one nonadjustable size. This is unfortunate for me as I wear large-size hats, and this gives me a very tight, uncomfortable fit.

I ordered this hat for my son,we lost his hat,which looked similar to this one,and I promised him to find another one.I measured his head before ordering and according to their size chart,we needed size Small,but in reality it is too big for him,it's good for me or my husband,but not for 9 y.o.boy.So when ordering,get it in a size smaller,than you see in size chart.Othervise hat is nice looking and we would use it next summer.
