The set looks very nice. I love the colors and design. The bumper seems a bit bulky - it is a lot fatter than the bumpers I saw on other sets. The stitching on the tie-strings came undone as I tied it up for the first time. Overall I am still happy with this product. Order early - the shipping on this is really slow.
14 months later... the set still looks good, but the binding is tearing off the bumpers.

I purchased this set for my son who will be born in May. I liked it because I thought the colors were unique and different from what I saw in the stores. Based on the reviews I read I thought that the set would be of really high quality but after receiving it feel that it is average at best. The striations in the bed skirt is screen printed (on one side-the other side is white-same for the sheets), not textured as I had thought and the material is one-ply. I do like the colors which are a little brighter than expected but not so much that I would want to return the set. All in all I still like this set better than others that I have seen. if you are a mom of a boy you know how little is available to them versus girls!
Anyway, the theme of the room is coming together nicely and I am sure my son will enjoy it.

If you are up to date on current crib safety guidelines, you're aware that bumpers and quilts are not recommended for use in the crib. Despite the fact that half of the set shouldn't be used with baby, I couldn't resist a cute set and bought it anyway.

As a set, very cute, love the bright colors etc etc. I think the other reviewers are all very accurate. BUT now that I've spent that money, I wouldn't do it. Instead, if I was doing it again, I would buy a crib skirt, 2 crib sheets, and 2 ultimate crib sheetsBasic Comfort Ultimate Crib Sheet.

I put the bumper in the crib anyway, just to look at it while baby's still in the bassinette. It comes in 4 pieces, (sides) and tie together at the corners. We have a convertible sleigh-bed type of crib (davinci kalani) and found that it's impossible to tie at the front corners due to the bulk of the wood- so that's a problem as well, for teh sides and front piece.

Overall, that's money that could be spent elsewhere. But if you really want a crib set, this one IS beautiful!

I absolutely love this set. The quality of the quilt is really nice and the colors are gorgeous! We put it in the nursery with a red shag rug and it's so cute!

This set is BEYOND beautiful! I read a few reviews where people stated it seemed cheaply made...REALLY?!?! I think the entire set is of the best quality, the quilt is gorgeous with the embroidery detail and the different textures of the animals, I especially love the corduroy. The picture doesn't do it justice! Overall it is incredibly well made, colorful and durable. The picture online is against a white background so it's hard to really get a feel for the colors and how intense they will be. Another reviewer stated that the green is actually a mustard yellow, Um...NO, it's not, not even close. It's a lime green. The blue of the sheet and trim on the skirt is more of an ocean water blue, what you also cannot see in the image is a beautiful navy blue elephant that really brings more masculinity to the set, and a zebra with red hair. I couldn't be MORE in love with this set!

Bedding is very colorful seems like it is made a little cheaply and its somewhat overpriced

i love the bedding. It is made nice and seems like it will last.
I did have to air it out as it had a strong smell from all the new material.

I looked everywhere for this bedding. Everyone that sold it was selling out very very fast! Found and bought it from Amazon, and it was shipped very quick! The packaging was great and the bedding was beautiful! We are having a boy and loved this! Such vibrant colors and just gorgeous!!! Cannot wait to set it up in the crib next month!!!!

I ordered this for our son's nursery because I liked the animals and the bright colors. Also this is one of the few bedding sets that has animals and a brighter blue color in it. Most sets with jungle animals are green or have a very light blue. When I received this set I noticed the brown border is really a leopard print border. I am not a fan of putting leopard print in my baby's room so I returned it. Also the bed skirt is a weird green color that I wouldn't have used anyway.

Ordered this crib bedding set for our son from Amazon. We received it very quickly and are happy overall with the set. The instructions are to wash each piece of the set before use in cold water. The bumper and crib sheet washed up very nicely; the skirt came out very wrinkly, and some of the blue corduroy from an elephant on the quilt (not pictured here) bled onto other parts of the quilt. Colors are vibrant and textures varied.

The colors in the photo are as other reviewers have said--what looks like green on the skirt is mustard yellow. The bumper is quite cushy/fat, and various folks like the authors of Baby Bargains recommend not using a bumper because of the risk of limbs getting caught between mattress and bumper. This one has long ties on both the top and the bottom, enabling a pretty secure fit. The crib sheet does not have elastic all the way around it--for a mid-priced set, would have been a nice finishing touch.
