I bought these to apply medication to my body, expecting them to be medical-grade (since it is advertised as being sold by BP Medical Supplies) and therefore, sterile.
The product I got was not a box of 1000 Cotton-Tipped Applicators as shown in the picture.
It was 10 plain-wrapped packages of 100 non-sterile cotton swabs that had double labels.
One label states They are manufactured for ECC Corp. out of Tucson, Az.
The second glue-on label states these were made in China for MaxMed Medical Supplies out of Brooklyn, NY.
They were sent by a distributor called IBrn Distributors. Nowhere is BP Medical Supplies mentioned.
Probably excellent for cleaning objects. Not so good for medical uses.
Probably should not be listed for use as a health/beauty item as a person would be taking a chance with a non-sterile swab.

These cotton tipped applicators are perfect for cleaning small channels, grooves, recesses and hard to reach places in firearms. The cotton tip doesn't fall apart or shred and the wooden stick comes in handy for scraping harder to remove gunk.

They do the job they were purchased for. Great for hard to reach spaces on computers,fax machines, copiers. Well worth the price for the amount contained in the box.

These swabs are the same that I used in the army to clean my weapon. They are very durable and don't leave a cotton residue like a q-tip. Great for a variety of cleaning jobs in tight spaces.

I'm not using these for medical purposes. Using them for cleaning small metal parts - they work perfectly for my needs.

These applicators are outstanding for cleaning and maintaining guns! They don't fall apart, and the price is incredible! Products like this easily sell for $6.00/100, and these are about $1.10/100! THIS TRULY IS AN OUTSTANDING PRODUCT! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY!

I was looking for the long, wood stem cotton swabs for use in my electronic, wood, and metal shop. I have used them before at work and they are very useful for many purposes, both cleaning and applying various liquids, lubricants, adhesives, etc. These are exactly what I wanted and expected. The wood stems are smooth and uniform as needed for mixing things like epoxy adhesives. They do not break as a cheap product might. The cotton tips are standard size and tightly wound so they stand up well to most uses. I do recommend them.

Have used these in the past when doing various craft prodjects... but can't find them anywhere locally...loved the fast processing and shipping... thanks so much
