I purchased this mattress pad about 3 weeks ago based on the very good reviews on this website. Even though there were no reviews which talked about how much padding this particular pad actually provided, I decided to take a chance.

Let me start by saying that I agree that this pad fits very well over our current mattress (in fact, our mattress apparently was quite thin, so adding the pad on top helped our sheets fit a bit better) and the material it is made of seems like it would hold up pretty well in the washing machine.

Unfortunately, this pad is not very thick. In fact, I would argue that it's very hard to tell the difference when this pad is attached to the mattress.

Overall, for the price, it's not horrible. But if you are buying a pad looking for a boost in comfort, I would recommend that you look a little more, or at least try to find this product in a retail store so you can see what I mean for yourself.

My old mattress pad had many years of use on it and it was time for replacement. I'm more than pleased with this one. It's very well constructed and where my old one had a single elastic band at the bottom that eventually gave out and didn't hold the pad in position well, I especially like the design on this. The mattress thickness range this pad accepts is just unparalleled and it "grips" the whole width down.
It's not a high profile item for things that get attention and hidden, in practicality all the time, however a well made one is a thing of beauty.
This one is very nice.

Dealing with Amazon is a pleasure, fast delivery, excellent communications.
This product, although is the right size, it is not the quality promised.
After the first wash, the thread started coming lose and I am afraid what the second wash might do. For the record, I washed it carefully in accordance with washing instructions and I have front loading A1 machines.
I do not recommend this product for others.

I am very pleased with the quality of this product. It is soft and well covers the mattress. The elastic is strong and the pad does not pull up at all. The price, compared to store prices, is excellent for the same quality.

The pads are wonderful so far...wash well and did not shrink. We have thick mattresses and the problem with other pads we have used was: too slippery and when washed the sides would shrink to the point that they did not cover the sides of the mattress. We have not had them for long but for now we are very satisfied. Running a B&B means keeping things in good order and the bed is very important.

I love this mattress pad! It's the first one I've purchased that stays on the bed. It has deep pockets, great fit, and it stays in place! I'm going to buy another in the Queen size for our guest room if they have it. Definitely a 5 star item!

Purchased this pad because the reviews were pretty good and I couldn't find the bed sack type of mattress pad I owned previously. For the one month I've used it, it hasn't slipped off the mattress, one of my biggest concerns, and seems to be of decent quality. All in all, for the money, it seems pretty good.

I bought this product to be a cover for my memory foam mattress but it made the bed too firm because it did not allow my body heat to go through and conform the mattress to my body. This could be a good thing for some people though if their memory foam mattress is too soft for them. The cover does fit well and it is being used on my other non-memory foam bed and is working well for that.

This product lives up to all the promise. It fit over both the foam pad and the mattress with no problem, it *doesn't* move around and keeps the foam pad from going anywhere (the foam pad tends to migrate like a duck in October) and it doesn't hold heat like the foam pad. So, we get the comfiness of the foam along with the comfort of the cotton. I'm well pleased.
