These aren't neither too damp or too dry- they are just right. The smell is light and clean. I experienced no irritation when using this product. These are the best of all the wipes I've tried.

These are great wipes! I cannot agree with the previous reviewer who said they are thin. I dont know what kind of load they were putting on these things, but they are not thin!

Also, I dont use the pop-up feature, but instead open the top of the box which allows you to tear them in half when a whole sheet is not necessary.

These are great! I highly recommend them! They are perfect for their intended use and perfect for the whole famiy! I will definitely be buying these again!

They smell like Baby Wipes, they look like Baby Wipes, you use them like Baby Wipes; just call them what they are, Baby Wipes for adults or call them Adult Wipes.

Well, I discovered something amazing, which anyone can try. After wiping yourself with dry toilet paper, wipe yourself with a wet nap or these. No matter how much I wiped my keister with dry TP I still got stains when wiping with these afterwards..... which means that dry TP can never get your keister completely clean. I can't imagine how many years I've been walking around with a dirty keister when I thought I was clean. Which means that TP isn't really the most important invention known to mankind that I thought it was. So I guess, if you really want a clean keister, you need to wet wipe it afterwards.

But here's the rub (no pun intended), these wipes are too small. They're only 6 inches X 6 inches, and you have to fold them over at least twice to prevent any fecal matter from soaking through. And my keister is only average sized. I think they need to be 8 inches X 8 inches minimum. Still at least, I think it's better than just using dry TP. The best of course is to use a bidet. If the above was TMI (Too Much Information), remember, you clicked on a review for something you wipe your keister with.

Much better than just paper, especially if you have any "complications".

These are by far the best I've tried. They are not too thick or too thin and they retain the right amount of moisture for almost the entire tub. I usually add a tiny amount of water when it gets down to the last 10% or so.

The dispenser works better than most. The button that opens the lid can get stuck down, especially on the refills. It's easy to open the lid and pop it back up, but slightly inconvenient. The towelettes come up at a time until the last 3-4. Then I sometimes get more than one.

I have had no flushing problems at all, which I did with some other brands.

08/20/10 Update: I recently bought a package of Charmin Freshmates (See: Charmin Freshmates 3-Count Refill Pack, 120 Wipes Total (Pack of 8)[Certified Frustration-Free Packaging]). The Cottonelles are much better. The Charmin has a large rectangular opening for a pop-up dispenser. Not only does it not work as well as the Cottonelles, but it allows the towelettes to dry out faster. Also, the Cottonelle dispenses is more attractive.

Methylchloroisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone are preservatives found in most commercial moist wipes, even those which proclaim that they are "natural" or "hypoallergenic" -- even baby wipes! The problem is that a LOT of people are allergic to or have sensitivities to these chemicals (or develop them after long use). This results in a painful, itchy rash in the worse possible place, and in some cases on your hand as well. Not thinking it could possibly be the wipe, people use MORE of them to alleviate the irritation, resulting in MORE rash and more irritation. When it is a baby's bum, it is even more tragic.

A lot of folks are not allergic or sensitive and do not develop these sensitivities. More power to you. But if you find yourself with a rash, even after using them for YEARS, STOP USING THEM. There are brands out there that do not contain these preservatives. I am not here to advertise for them, just to warn you to READ THE LABEL and think logically if you develop a rash or irritation.

After using the wipes for awhile both my sons developed an itch. At the time we didn't put 2 and 2 together. My youngest sons itch was so bad I took him to the doctor and she said it looked like ringworm and told me to get foot fungus cream. I did mention to her that I thought it might be the wipes but, she didn't think it was the cause. Well, after using the fungal cream for two weeks (the doctor said it could take up to a month for the ringworm to go away) the itching got worse and the rash spread. I took him back to the doctor and she took a culture swab and we found out he has a staph infection caused by the itching! So no more wipes and nobody itches anymore. It could just be that my boys were sensitive to the ingredients in the wipes but, I did notify Kleenex about what happened with us and am waiting to hear back from them. If your child is prone to skin allergies I would HIGHLY recommend NOT using these wipes.

I was using playtex but decided to try this since it is cheaper, what a big mistake. I used these mostly after a bowel movement for that extra clean feel. I started having some irritation but thought nothing of it and it got worse. I started having these very painful tears/fissures in that area that will heal after 2 or 3 days but will always come back. It will never completely heal. It never occur to me that these wipes were the cause. I continue to use these wipes and continue to have the problem for almost 2 years. I was so scared at one point that it might be STD or something even worse but test results were all negative. I started doing research online and a lot of women have this problem and most of the doctors say it might be something they are allergic to. I tried changing detergent, softener, and etc. When nothing worked, I stop using these wipes and the fissure went away. I can't believe these wipes can cause such horrible problem but after stopping, the fissure never came back. If I can, I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

I've bought these from Amazon for a long time. At one point they had them on a continuous free shipping option. I think that was discontinued though. However, buying these in bulk are a great deal with free prime shipping and very convenient. The only problem I have with the product is that the continuous connected wipes tend to rip apart in the dispenser all the time. Then you have to rethread them thru the top. A little inconvenient.

I bought these for my son to use instead of using baby wipes or regular tp when he was trying to clean himself. These seem to work great for him and I have not had any problems with rashes or the wipe tearing. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cleaner feeling.

I love these! The box keeps the moisture nicely - I never have to re-wet it. You don't get five million out when you pull them. And - what a bonus - the package shipped to me included a mount so we could put it up on the wall (plastic, with a 3M command strip included) Its been great.
