We take our bums for granted. All day long we sit on them, use them to excrete waste, and maybe check out the one of that girl who works down the hall. We take take take, and rarely give.

Now it's time to change that. These wipes will leave your bum feeling minty-fresh all day. They'll put a spring in your step and a glide in your stride.

So go on, give a little back.

These items are neat little towelettes with their own handy little plastic container, and each comes with an extra refill package. They are very handy, and work wonders for insuring cleanliness. Personally, I now consider them a necessary part of my toiletries!

On the down side, flushing these things *can* result in plumbing problems, as I experienced. Apparently, if your sewer line is relatively new and clear, they should give you no problems. But, if your system has any place in it where things can collect, you will face problems. According to the plumber, toilet paper begins to break down quite quickly, but these towelettes can take over a month to do so.

So, overall, I do like this product, and I recommend it. I just recommend that if you live in an older house, that you do not flush them.

The new dispenser is really good! It has a rubber gasket thingy that helps keep the product appropriately damp. Its hard to describe but it is different and it works. I like that a refill comes along with the FILLED dispenser box. Seems sensible.

If you have children, you definitely need to try these. Kids have so much trouble getting themselves completely clean, that these things can definitely be a godsend. Since they're moist, they're gentler on children and they don't mind using them at all. Great idea, but don't flush a hundred down the toilet at the same time. Might be a bad idea. We use these in all of our bathrooms and cannot recommend them enough. Highly recommend!

It's hard not to get spoiled by moist wipes. As a child, I was always amazed that in this modern era, we still used a piece of paper to wipe. Does that make me weird? Well, yes, but maybe mini-me had a point. When you use moist wipes, you find that the dry ones leave behind some funk, which is not what I want on my behind. Moist wipes are the way to go if a glisteningly clean tuckus sounds good to you (and how could it not?). However, the Charmin wipes are both softer and have a nicer fragrance, so I can only give the Cottonelle product four stars. The primary reason I purchase these instead sometimes is because they are cheaper and found in more places.

We have used moist wipes from several manufacturers. Cottonelle is still the best even if slightly more expensive. In this case you get what you pay for. The sheets are thicker and larger than the competitors. Also, they seem to retain the moisture longer (longer shelf life).

Because they are just TOO moist. And without going into details, I will just say that the Charmin Freshmates leave us more "fresh" and "clean".

I gave this three stars, because, well... They are better than TP alone, but... The Charmin Freshmates are the only ones we will buy anymore. I am disappointed not to see those offered by Amazon.

The combo packs come in very handy for me since I had a total hip replacement and have had complications that prevent me from taking showers so I have been using the wipes to clean and freshen up in the mornings and whenever needed. I hope to be ordering more soon:)

OK, it's TP. But I love it. I was hesitant to write a TP review, but if I can help just one person, the world will be that much better off and that one person will be that much happier.

I use the Aloe TP first Kleenex Cottonelle Aloe & E Double Toilet Paper, 260-Sheet Double Rolls, 12-Count Packs (Pack of 4) (BTW that's also a five ****** product IMHO), then finish up with these Moist Wipes. It's an unbeatable combination and - trust me - you WILL be cleaner.

If you are only using dry TP you are NOT getting clean. The problem is, you don't know that you aren't until you try a follow-up with the Moist Wipes. You are just going to have to trust me. Once you understand, you will want to take them on trips, keep some in the car, and cart them to the office, so that you are never without them.

Take a chance and improve your life a little!

Much better than just paper, especially if you have any "complications".

These are by far the best I've tried. They are not too thick or too thin and they retain the right amount of moisture for almost the entire tub. I usually add a tiny amount of water when it gets down to the last 10% or so.

The dispenser works better than most. The button that opens the lid can get stuck down, especially on the refills. It's easy to open the lid and pop it back up, but slightly inconvenient. The towelettes come up at a time until the last 3-4. Then I sometimes get more than one.

I have had no flushing problems at all, which I did with some other brands.

08/20/10 Update: I recently bought a package of Charmin Freshmates (See: Charmin Freshmates 3-Count Refill Pack, 120 Wipes Total (Pack of 8)[Certified Frustration-Free Packaging]). The Cottonelles are much better. The Charmin has a large rectangular opening for a pop-up dispenser. Not only does it not work as well as the Cottonelles, but it allows the towelettes to dry out faster.
