We own the whole set and my kids 2 and 4 love them all. They have no problem sitting through them because they tell a story while also giving facts about the animal. Love them all!

We have 7 or 8 of these books now. Our girls are a little too young to read them themselves yet, but they love the illustrations, stories and physical size. Consistently among the favorite bedtime selections, and one girl keeps trying to take them to school for Show-n-Tell.
The informational aspect is a bit oversimplified, but accurate enough for the target audience. Note also that most of these books are currently (as of Jan. 2011) eligible for the 4-for-3 promotion. |
