Editorial Reviews

Amazon.com Review

Breezily suggesting you "use your noodle," Susan Kosoff has a decidedly American approach to pasta. As "the perfect panacea for hunger," there is pasta in a host of salads and quick dishes that are made using handy ingredients like canned tuna or beans. Dishes range from classics to creations like Sauteed Shrimp with Orzo, and Penne with Spinach and Almonds. Chapters on Pasta for the Kids, and Pasta for Breakfast and Dessert may come in handy. Helpful guidance is interspersed among the 95 recipes in this perky, whimsically illustrated paperback work. Worth noting: Kosoff's four quick tips for preparing pasta.

This review is from: The I Could Eat Pasta Every Night Cookbook (Paperback)
This is one of my favorite cookbooks. It's small, and I've only made a few of the recipes, but the ones I've made have been easy to make and I've enjoyed the results (and I now know 2 of them by heart). It's a great cookbook for beginner cooks (although I suppose I learned quite a bit about cooking from watching my mother cook when I was a kid, and I probably depended on some of that knowledge).
