I LOVE DOTTIE PEOPLES FROM THE FIRST TIME I HEARD MS. PEOPLES. SHE REMINDS ME SO MUCH OF MY MOTHER, WHO WAS A STRONG, POWERFUL GOSPEL QUARTET SINGER. SHE SANG WITH THE TRAVELING ANGELS OF CHICAGO. DOTTIE'S VOICE IS DEFINITELY ANOINTED BY GOD AND SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED AT ALL TIMES TO CONTINUE ON IN GOD'S NAME. SHE IS SO INSPIRING TO ME. I WAS AT A LOW POINT IN MY LIFE, HER ANOINTED MUSIC LIFTED MY SPIRITS AND ENCOURAGED ME TO GO ON AND DON'T GIVE UP. I HAVE ALL OF DOTTIE'S CDs IN MY POSSESSION AT HOME AND WORKPLACE. I'VE SHARED GOOD THOUGHTS TO OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT DOTTIE. THEY WERE ALSO INSPIRED BY DOTTIE'S MUSIC. I, MYSELF SINGS, TOO AND I'VE SELECTED QUITE A FEW OF HER SELECTIONS, AND PEOPLE ASK ME WHO SINGS THAT SONG? I TELL THEM DOTTIE PEOPLES. MY MOTHER WENT HOME TO BE WITH THE LORD IN OCTOBER 1995, BUT GOD HAS SENT ME ANOTHER PERSON IN FORM OF AN ANGEL BY THE NAME OF DOTTIE PEOPLES. I THANK GOD FOR THIS ANOINTED WOMAN OF GOD. WORDS TO MS. PEOPLES (BE ENCOURAGE, STAY WITH GOD AND KEEP ON SINGING UNTO GOD AND REACHING HIS PEOPLE). THANK YOU

This CD show off Dottie's heartfelt style of belting out a gospel song. My favorite is The Little Wooden Church. It really takes my mind back to the Church by the railroad tracks. Such Passion, Such Power, Such Punch! Sang Dottie Sang!!!

I can truly say that any type of Dottie People's cd is a blessing to have. This cd, has took me back to my roots and made me have flashbacks. I can see God moving while this cd is playing. I would recommend anyone to buy any of Dottie People's cds. I have them all, and I can say that whatever you are going threw, there is not a song that Dottie does not have that will not minister to your situation.

Ok. This CD is one of my favorites. But I need help in another area. On Sunday, August 19th, I watched a video being aired for the first time on the Bobby Jones Gospel Show. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! The song was about someone talking to God and saying "it's just me oh Lord..." The video showed a black guy riding around in a drop top singing most of the song. They never stated the artist's name or at least did not repeat his name. Can you find out what the name of the CD or single is? I would like to add it to my collection. I wait anxiously to hear from you.

This is not a review, I don't know if this is the singer that I'm looking for, but I thought you might be able to help me.

I saw the Bobby Jones Gospel show yesterday (4/1/01) and there was a beautiful female songress that performed just before the duet Alan and Alan was announced. She sang a song citing the Lords Prayer and it was wonderful! I want to buy it but the problem is that I caught the program in the middle of the song and the name was not announced at the end of the song. Can you help me?
