Rocking' the blues with Rushing and Basie,

Recorded in the 40's for radio only, these sides show that Basies'band could absolutley rock! Jimmy Rushing only sings on a couple of tracks, but overall this is an excellent collection of unreleased songs. Good swinging' blues from Kansas City's best!
