About the Author
For 10 years I was the founder and CEO of an electronic stock auction market called the Arizona Stock Exchange, where my unique regulatory views were developed. These gradually formed the foundation for a new perspective on many of America's economic and social problems. I have worked on Wall Street for 21 years, and graduated with a degree in English Literature from Princeton in 1969.

Insightful and eye-opening,

Mr. Wunsch has an understanding of the U.S. Markets that is unmatched. Thru his writings, he has explored some of the issues and problems with the current market structure and proposes sound alternatives. I was especially interested in the Single Price Call Auction. I wish NASDAQ used this more fair method of discovering prices at their market open!
