This is the best supplement I have ever taken when I am concerned about catching a cold and also helps to speed up recovery. I travel a lot and often just take one when I get on or off an airplane. When taken at first "tickle" it makes a huge difference and I virtually never get any sicker. Also helps recover from cold sores faster due to the antivral and antibacterial effects of the andrographis, berberine and elderberry. Even doctor oz and health.com endorse andrographis.
