This is a great product and I love the fact that you can sort pills for the whole month. This product can hold small pills but it will only hold one large pill in each slot. This is a great product and I have all my pills for the whole month !

I have to take several vitamins a day for my vegetarianism. This product really helped with keeping them organized and helping me to take them everyday.... and the colors of the cases are pretty :-)

This product has two related parts. First is the tray. It is very basic and relatively small. The edges are not raised high enough to where you can be confident that pills will not go over the edge. For those looking for a pill counter, this is likely to be an issue, especially for those with unsteady or shaky hands. In addition, the organizers do not fit into the tray well enough to just slide small pills easily into them. Still, the pouring spout on the bottom-right hand corner does allow a person some additional ease in sliding the pills directly into a bottle (although again if you have unsteady hands there are better products available for this).

However, the included pill organizers themselves are surprisingly of above-average quality compared to many organizers you find at popular drug stores, which is why I give the overall product 3 stars. Once closed, the caps stay tight (preventing spills that were a common occurrence for the person for whom this was purchased). They are also semi-transparent which allows you to see what is inside before opening then, which may be of particular use for those who have issues remembering if they have taken certain pills.

As such, if you are in the market primarily for organizers, and the tray is more of a bonus, then I would indeed recommend this product. If the iverse is true, and you require a high quality pill counting tray, I would not.
