These are absolutely gorgeous. I was in love when they first came, I was even more in love after I oiled them. The color is beautiful. And now I've used them quite a few times and I still love them! (I ordered two - one for prepping the pizza on and another for moving pizzas around. Otherwise I have to wait to prep the next pizza until the cooking pizza is done. Two speeds the process along.)

And they are way more beautiful in person. The picture didn't do them justice!

My new CounterArt Bamboo Pizza Peel is perfect for use with the book,"Healthy Bread in 5 days." The artisan bread slides smoothly onto my stoneware and the product (artisan bread, rolls, pizza) is easy to remove from the oven using the pizza peel. I love my Bamboo Pizza Peel.

The bamboo wood is nice but the peel is smaller than a pizza. Usually you want this type thing to slip a homemade pizza into the oven. But when it's this small you're very limited in the size pizza you make.

The Bamboo Pizza Peel works great for up to two 2 lbs loaves of bread. Sprinkle with cornmeal, let bread rise and just slight onto baking sheet with a slight twist. Easy to clean.

This peel is a great size. I like the idea that it is bamboo, but the grain is a bit bumpy. It may be fine as it is used more.

I just bought this, and it seems to work pretty well, but I got a splinter the first time I seasoned it, so be careful when rubbing oil on it with your hand. It is good for sliding bread onto a hot stone, although it's pretty small for more than a personal sized pizza. It looks nice though, and is great for bread.

This is a beautiful peel, but make sure to pay attention to the size - it's much smaller than a typical peel.

I bought 40 of these to serve pizzas for my restaurant. They get alot of use and have held up great we send them through the commercial dish washer and have done great even though they are not commercial grade.

Got this to help getting pizzas on and off the stone we have. It's a handsome piece, bigger than I expected, and does the job very well. We don't have pizza alot, but when we do, this makes me feel like I'm in a pizzeria. The pizzas slide on and off it with just a little encouragement. I would recommend this to friends.

I bought this about a month ago, and right out of the box it was beautiful. I gave it a quick wipe-down and started using it right away. It was wonderful. However, after a single washing it started to peel. Keep in mind that I hand-washed it and dried it immediately hoping that would keep it in good condition, but it didn't. It's still usable, but for how much longer? I've only had it a month and I'm already worried about bamboo splinters in my bread dough. This would be great if you're only planning on displaying it, because it really is pretty. However, if you're looking for something you can really use you might want to look elsewhere.
