This video is terrible, there is no country music played at all, and the moves are so silly, you barely get your heart rate up. I get a better work out by turning on the radio and washing dishes !

This video is a complete was of time and money. There is not enough of a workout here to even break a sweat. The instructor seems more interested in being "cute" for the camera than in actually working out.
