Almost the only sweets book you'll ever need,

This book was given to me as a wedding gift; my friend told me it had been her late mother's favorite dessert cookbook. In the past 6 years, I've made countless pies and cakes out of this book, and every single one of them has been gobbled up within a few short days! Her pie crust recipe is simple, easy, and foolproof. I literally have never had a recipe out of this book NOT turn out the way I was hoping for.
I cook and bake a LOT, and I have an awful lot of cookbooks. But if I need or want a new dessert recipe, I always check this book first. |
