This engaging collection is more than your standard erotica. These stories border on literature, and they will truly engage your mind.

This isn't your usual book of stroke stories. This more thoughtful and more literate erotica is more than just j/o material. The stories are engaging, some sad, some uplifting and all erotic.

Whats so nice about this book, is that it shows gay love/gay sex as uncomplicated and ever-present in all of society. Though mostly fictional, its nice to read about say porn happening in the countryside as much as the city. If only there were an Asian or International anthology that involves our kind from all over the world.

It's an anthology with a good collection of authors; better than a lot of others I have read. Erotic without overkill - you can only do it so many ways.

Sorry, but I dont agree with other people reviewing this item.

The picture on the cover is what is best in the whole book. I did'nt find any story being more valuable than a quiclky written draft for porn-clip storyboard.
So many reitaring clichés : the same scene in different cheap paper-made landscapes. Played by cheap and untalented actors.
Where is "Country" ? Where are the Boys ?
Well, it's always interesting to read failed books or to see failed movies : makes think why it lacks any quality and what makes a written story or a movie good.

Not too interesting. The book title ' Country Boys' led me to belive the short stories would be Country - as in farm and ranch. Instead I found lots of words about rural (think west suburban) rather than true country living. Generally well-written but not what I expected.

This compilation is pretty poor. In the first place, it is not very erotic, and the second place, it is not about country boys. Just putting someone in a country setting does not make them "country." I was very disappointed.
