This is a European budget collection featuring country singers mainly from the sixties and seventies, though Lee Greenwood, Louise Mandrell and Eddy Raven represent the eighties. The songs are almost all standards, performed as you would expect these singers to perform them. So there are no prizes for originality, but where else would you get a Christmas collection featuring Melba Montgomery, Jack Greene, Porter Wagoner, Donna Fargo, Skeeter Davis, Jeannie C Riley, Tom T Hall, Charley Pride and Roy Clark (to name a few). Willie Nelson is represented by four tracks, while there are two each for Merle Haggard, Billy Walker and Glen Campbell. If you enjoy country music of the sixties and seventies and you are looking for a Christmas album featuring some of the singers from that era, this collection is great value for money.

that I purchased for someone else. It came exactly as described and in brand new condition. It was a trip down memory lane for the person I bought it for and they actually called it the best Christmas CD ever. Definitely satisfied with the purchase.
