I have IKEA unscented candles to compare these to (IKEA, package of 125 candles for $3.99) and so far the IKEA candles outlast these candles by 30 minutes to an hour (I haven't clocked it yet). These candles leave the last bit of wax around the edges while the IKEA ones use ALL the wax (hence the IKEA candles burning longer). The Ikea candles are also $6 cheaper. SO.... I wouldn't recommend these candles. I'd recommend the IKEA ones (clearly!).

I won't be buying these again.

I'm not sure what to think if this. I realized these may not be the best bargain, however, to send me actual IKEA "GLIMMA" candles - in official IKEA packaging - is unbelievable. I won't pay $11 for the exact same product I can get at IKEA for $3.99. Which is what I suspect that is what this seller is doing - buying the candles from IKEA, then selling them here for a tidy markup. Nothing illegal I suppose, well, maybe not unless IKEA finds out. Back they go for a refund, and 1 star for the blatant scam. As for the candles themselves, I have nothing against IKEA candles. They're fine by me.

You get what you pay for. These tea lights leak through the bottom. For some reason, they do not perform like the tea lights I have purchased in the past. I am certain I'm not tipping them while burning, however still find that the wax leaks through the bottom of the metal base.

I bought these candles partially to meet the minimum purchase requirement for free shipping and because I use a lot of tea lights boy was this a mistake! Cheapest candles I've ever seen worse than dollar tree! If your looking for decent candles go to big lots 125 pack that lasts way longer is 5 bucks half the price never ever again will I buy this garbage oh and tons of the wicks were missing too what a joke

While I have not seen the IKEA tea lights (which may or may not be better than these, per other reviewers), I can tell you this:
- They ship in a plastic bag and will take some abuse during the shipping process
- I've had 1 or 2 leak from the bottom.. the metal container is very thin and may be damaged in shipping
- I find that they last for an inconsistent 2-3 hours (times vary significantly - used 25 as luminaries and some went out much faster than others)
- Most seem to leave 25% of the wax unused by the time the wick is used up, potentially due to poor design of the bottom

Overall, they did what I needed them to do, and I did not want to go all the way to IKEA just for tea lights. I will consider stocking up next time I'm there and comparing them to this product.

Update 1/8/13 - If you cut the wick to 1/4" (no longer) I've found that the tea lights last closer to 3 hours and there is less wax left over. I am upgrading from 3 to 4 stars because I believe this was one reason they were not lasting as long or as consistently. Still can't give 5 stars due to the shipping and quality of the metal container.

I normally do not write reviews. However, I thought it was my duty to warn future buyers. The tea lights bought from this seller were a melted mess, some did not light and others produced such a small flame they couldn't even melt a standard wax tart. In addition, there was so much oil surrounding the bags and inside the bags, it left oil stains inside the shipping box. I don’t even understand why there was oil; I’ve never seen anything like this mess.

I got these tealights because of the price. I'm not expecting a whole lot from inexpensive, unscented tealights, but I found myself annoyed with the number of these that did not burn fully, had missing wicks, wicks too long or too short, stopped burning prematurely, had bent tins, etc. etc. Basically, the quality control on the batch I got was just very, very inconsistent. Some were fine buy many were not. In the package, I would say maybe 10-15% had some issue or another making them less usable. The savings on the price was cancelled out by the number of these I had to out and out pitch.

I bought these ones a few days ago. I received it today and to my surprise these candles come from IKEA, where the price is only about $3.00
How can these be sold under the name "Country Dreams" while they're just IKEA candles??

First of all, I'm writing a review for tea lights. Secondly, that's because they are just that bad.
These candles are noticeably smaller than standard tea lights (yes, they burn out faster).
But the worst part is that they are so cheap, most of mine have actually fallen apart....

Never again will I purchase this specific type of tea-light. (Marketplace.com/Quick Candles) I would say about 1/3 of the bag of 100 didn't have any wicks in them. Just a blob of wax in a tin. That's it. Nothing else. At first I thought, 'oh, that's not good', then little by little more and more kept coming out. So, now out of 100, not the 125 I ordered either, tea lights I have 28 with no wick. Almost 1/3 wasted. I'll pass on the Marketplace candles and 'HOPE' when my order arrives they will send a different brand as I requested. Also, read the reviews, get the candles that are in BOXES, much better. I didn't and now I know. Tealight Candles White Unscented Set of 125
