I hosted my first Thanksgiving family dinner last year and was very nervous. While going through my recipe books, I found the turkey guide in this cookbook. It has everything in one section and makes it all sound so easy. It told me exactly how & how long to thaw and cook the turkey, and then what to do with the leftovers.
