ProsNo additives or fructose syrup my dairy allergy daughter loves the taste calcium and magnesium in one tasty snack 500mg calcium per snack no extra vitamin K Safe for nursing moms and pregnant moms (ask you dr though mine said it was fine) Cons a bit chalky a bit large for kids break in 4's

I like this form of Calcium, only thing is the 1st ingredient is sugar. I cut the wafers in half and take twice/day.
