Country Life - Chewable Adult's Multi, 60 wafers

I like these vitamins-- they're chewable and don't taste bad (orange flavor)... I wonder if a previous reviewer doesn't have teeth because I don't find them hard at all- no harder than biting down on an oreo.

If you want a calcium/vitamin D supplement you'll have to take something else, as there is not much of either in there.

I was sick of taking a bunch of different pills every day - it got to the point where I'd take them our of their respective jars and place them on a small plate, which I'd bring with me all over the house as I procrastinated and put off taking my vitamins because I didn't want to swallow another giant pill.

These taste really good, too, kind of orange-y. Definitely makes taking my vitamins more pleasant.

My only complaint is with their formula - it doesn't have much vitamin D at all, so I take another vitamin that has calcium and vitamin D. It seems like most multivitamins have a lot more vitamin D than this one, and it's important in northern climates like the Seattle area. This multivitamin, has WAY MORE of things like vitamin A, C, E, and riboflavin, compared to a couple of other multivitamins I've tried, and WAY LESS of things like vitamin D, folic acid, niacin, zinc, and a few others. So I might try to find one that's a little more balanced.

These are easy to chew and digest - a great alternative for those who don't like to swallow giant pills or have more sensitive stomachs but want an adult multi vitamin.

These taste just fine, but I am affraid I will break a tooth on them when I take them. They are much harder than a childs vitamin.
