I've been taking Choline for about 6 months all together (took about a 4 week break half-way through). For the first couple of months I took it by itself and then added piracetam and stacked them both for the following month in a half or so. Definitely better results with the piracetam. Then I got my hands on pramiractem, a more potent version of piracetam. I got it here; Pramiracetam 10 Grams Bulk Powder Strongest Racetam 15x Piracetam 10x Oxiracetam 5x Aniracetam. Don't know really know where else to get it, but the difference is undeniable!

My mental focus has been laser sharp, and I've had more stamina throughout the day as well, not so much an energy boost; more like an overall higher sustained level of functioning if that makes sense, the wheels are turning faster. I'm thinking about stacking piracetam with these two and see what happens. Regardless, definitely need to stack choline citrate with something. Makes all the difference in the world.

A severe asthmatic, this seems to be helping. Thanks to Dr. Oz who mentioned this product for the treatment of asthma...hooray! Thanks!

The listing says 650mg, but that is 650 of Choline Bitartrate, which is effectively 293mg of Choline. So this is not as good a deal as it seems. Besides this caveat, what more can you say about a pill?

I've switched to Soy Lecithin, which provides about as much Choline per dollar (bought in bulk) along with some other nutrients. I only use this if I forget to put the lecithin in what I'm eating, or if the day's cuisine doesn't go with lecithin. I find the lecithin makes whatever I'm eating more filling and satisfying. Can't say that about a pill.

This stuff made my side hurt, i bought it because i heard it keeps the hair root moist and your hair growth thrives when its moist. But though it played a good part in my health my side has been hurting nonstop since i've taken them.
