I bought this because of the stated 1200mg choline complex statement not knowing that this product is mainly composed of capsule fillers. I'll tell you exactly what is stated on the supplement label behind the bottle.

Phosphatidyl Choline Complex....1200 mg....(soy lecithin)

Typically providing:

Phosphatidylcholine.......420mg.....(equivalent to 55 mg of choline)

Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water (capsule shell), soybean oil

No: Yeast, corn, wheat, gluten, milk , salt, sugar, preservatives or artificial color

OK...so there's phosphatidylcholine at 420 and only 55 mg of choline in that compound. Not accounting for the entire pill itself and only the phosphatidylinecholine alone, there's only 13% actual choline per pill. If you take piracetam, you are going to have to down a ton of pills to reach the 1 gram of choline mark.

"55 mg of actual choline"..........what a joke rip off product. Do not buy.

I got this for a good friend who suffered deterioration across a fairly wide range of cognitive functions in addition to short-term memory loss: she had trouble focusing, concentrating, multi-tasking, organizing making mental computations, even verbal skills were suffering, though I don't believe fundamental intelligence was diminished. Don't know the cause; possible minor head trauma in the past, stress in the present. My research on the Internet led to this product. (We tried lecithin supplements, but they are really high-calorie.) So this is the stuff that constitutes lecithin. Within 2 weeks, at 30g daily (the recommended dose for neurological effect), she began experiencing marked improvement in all these areas, with further improvement over time. She told me it's great to function normally and to feel normal again. We are not scientists, and obviously this is not scientific; just her empirical experience. We are HUGE fans of this product and Country Life. I'd do a free commercial, if I haven't already.

Prompt shipping and good product. Saw it on the Dr. Oz show and thought I would give it a try. I believe it to help.
