Very disappointed. Progressive Management wants you to think this is something published by the U.S. Government. My suggestion, save your money and use Google and the U.S. Government web sites and do your own research. The content on this DVD is pretty much worthless and not user friendly. It even links you to pages no longer available on the internet.
