Product Description

Fabrique Delices oven-baked Pates and Mousses are made the artisanal way according to authentic French recipes. They do not contain any artificial flavorings, coloring agents or MSG. Pates make an excellent appetizer and pair well with good mustard, French gherkins, olives and toasted bread. Nice kick that is mildly spicy. Overal texture and aftertaste is consistent. Pretty nice product which I am using to curb my foie gras cravings.

Every product from Fabrique Delices has exceeded my expectations. This all natural and preservative free product is made in America and syrpasses any expensive French import. This is my 3rd order and I'll order more soon. The seller, Le Village, is not the fastest shipper so be patient. Their packaging consists of a thermal bag and a couple of cold packs. All of my orders arrived with the cold packs melted. I wouldn't order from them if it's too warm outside. They really need to use coolers and dry ice or expedited shipping.

Good taste & texture....nicely packaged with a gelatin topping. I liked this with some spicy mustard, a little onion, and accompanied with gherkins. Mmmmm for happy hour!
