My next two books to reach the book stores are "Chesapeake Bay Crabs" cookbook, from Pelican Publishing (due September 30, 2011) and the 11th edition of "Virginia Off the Beaten Path" from Globe Pequot Press (due October 4, 2011). I will be signing copies of "Chesapeake Bay Crabs" at Sam's Club in Annapolis, Maryland, on October 15 from 10 am to 12 noon and at Costco in Hanover, Maryland (Arundel Mills), also on October 15 from 2 to 4 pm. Primarily, I consider myself a travel writer although my articles rarely appear in travel sections or publications. My articles might be about hotels that provide child-proofing services or where you can buy that wonderfully comfortable pillow from your favorite hotel.

I've written about Super Bowl trivia and grocery shopping cart design trends. I have not written about mud wrestling. I've written for the Internet, international and national publications, and more than a dozen books.
