These chairs were easy to assemble, had minimal parts, and are fairly sturdy. Overall I'm very pleased with them for the price. I'm not sure what the difference is between these chairs and the other white/natural Windsor chairs sold by Visiondecor, perhaps a slight difference in appearance? The wood used to construct the chairs is good quality, although I wish the bolts provided were a little stronger. Do not use a power tool to assemble these chairs or you'll end up stripping the bolt heads very easily. I did this on the first one and used an Allen wrench on the rest to avoid damage. Even using a hand tool it's possible to strip the bolt heads so don't over-tighten.

The instructions are simple and easy to follow, although they don't contain any words. I noticed that there are two distinct sets of legs also. I think either set can be used as right or left but you have to be consistent. I'd separate the legs into two piles on either side of you during installation to make it easier. Also, everything is a very tight fit so don't tighten any of the bolts until you complete the last step, then get them all snug before tightening completely. You'll have a much sturdier chair and it will go together easier too.

Great Chairs for the Price....... I got them cheaper then I would have at Big Lots!!! Just have the patients to assemble, directions could have been a little better but its not rocket science and I'm a woman and I put them together myself!!! I put two together the night I received them and two the next day...

The chairs were a perfect match for my kitchen nook. I have received several complements on them. The delivery was slower than promised by about a week. They were relatively easy to assemble. However, the screw caps keep poping out - I guess they will need to be glued, and some of the chairs are already starting to wobble. I'm hoping some glue will help with this problem too.

My husband and I ordered these chairs because they seemed to closely match our kitchen set. We were wrong, the only thing that is similar is the style of chair. The quality is poor and it took the company nearly a month to replace the 2 broken bolts. I tried to contact them again because when I finally received the replacement bolts we noticed that one part of the legs were broken. I will chalk this up to "you get what you pay for". Next time we will buy local and pay the higher price.

After receiving shipment, I set about assembly. The back and seat are preassembled, so no worries there. The legs were easy to figure out. Each had a slight angle which meant that the downward angle goes to the rear of the seat and the lower dowel hole goes to the inside. Using an Stanley Ratcheting screw driver, assembly only took 45 mins. to an hour to have all four chairs together. I don't advise using a power driver unless you want split wood. These chairs matched my existing table of metal and wood combo quite nicely making a country style set without the expense. I have had these chairs for a couple of months now and I check for them coming loose. No problems there. Only down side is the directions, but common sense will help you with these.
They are very sturdy and fit well in any decor. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good set of chairs.

I purchased the chairs as a gift for a friend for Christmas. One of the chairs arrived broken and unusable. I tried to contact the supplier, but never heard back.

Chairs arrived damaged due to very poor and primitive packaging (chairs wrapped up in plastic bags without any cushion or bubble wraps in between). Assembled one of the undamaged chairs and one of its legs was cracked after one use. Tried to contact them for a refund but never got any response in return. Terrible experience! Should have never bought these chairs from them.

These chairs by furnitemaxx are awful. When we received them, two of the chairs were completely thrashed which I'm assuming is due to bad packaging. The two "good" chairs that we did put together were EXTREMELY wobbly because the legs all had different lengths by several inches. It was like they were supposed to be matched up somehow, but the vague instructions didn't specify anything like that. When we contacted the company about the broken ones, both by e-mail and phone several times, they finally sent us two replacement seats. The only problem was that they didn't have holes in the bottom to insert the legs! After several e-mails, phone calls, and sending pictures of the entire mess, they finally got back to us saying they'll give us a refund and we can keep the "chairs". We burned them all in a bonfire last week.

Very nice chairs. They look just as they are pictured. I would recommend this product. Easy to assemble with all tools.

these were the least expensive chairs i could find, so i guess you get what you pay for. i bought 8, and about 3 of them don't wobble.
