Having traveled in the Amish Country of PA numerous times, I love good farm fresh Amish food. This recipe book looks as if I can prepare many tasty meals that we are sure to enjoy over the next few months.

Countryside Cooking & Chatting: Traditional Recipes and Wisdom from the Amish & Mennonites is a really good recipe book for all your favorite foods. While skimming through the book, you'll recognize many of these recipes (that is, if you live in the Amish community like me). Traditional and famous recipes that the Amish have mastered concerning pumpkin pie and salads are included here. I highly recommend it.
