Where was this book when my ex-husband kept telling me it's not what you are saying it's how your say it that is annoying. I asked him to tell me the correct words but he didn't know them either. I've been trying the correct phrases for only about 2 weeks since I received the book and I am surprised at the positive responses and open communication I'm getting from everyone.
