K. DANIEL O'LEARY, PhD, is a clinical psychologist specializing in behavior therapy with couples, and a professor in the Department of Psychology at the State University of New York, Stony Brook.

RICHARD E. HEYMAN, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Psychology at the State University of New York, Stony Brook.

ARTHUR E. JONGSMA, Jr., PhD, is the founder and Director of Psychological Consultants, a group private practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is the coauthor of The Complete Psychotherapy Treatment Planner.

I was ready to leave the professional altogether when I stumbled across this book. It really cut down on the amount of time I spent filling out forms and fighting with case managers. I can't recommend it highly enough!
