This newspaper does not have journalists write articles in the traditional sense. Rather, it is a weekly collection of articles, editorials, and cartoons from newspapers and magazines from all over the world, thereby affording you the oportunity to read what the world reads, often translated from languages chances are you don't yourself speak.
If you want your french language skills to help you get a better feel of what the rest of the world is thinking or feels are the important issues of the time, then this is your best bet.
