(REAL NAME)
This review is from: A Crash Course to Learn the Gujarati Script (Setubandh Language Series Volume: 3) (Paperback)
I wrote this very short book to get someone totally unfamiliar with Gujarati writing, to enable him/her to practically read and write anything and everything written in Gujarati script, in an innovative, friendly, and no nonsense manner. No claims or promises are implied here, but the statements are based on my personal experience derived from administering the course to students.

For those who are married into Gujarati families, or interested in simple acquaintance with the language, or the linguists, and teachers of languages may also want to begin with this book, which takes the reader rapidly to page 80 of the 300 page long A Programmed Text to Learn Gujarati but is not a substitute for the latter. Crash Course by itself is not sufficient for a non-resident Indian (NRI) Gujarati student, since it teaches only the alphabet, and not the language itself.
