This is the first time I purchased a case summary book like this. It is good for a quick read to get all the meat of the case. The black letter rulings are great for getting the law out of sometimes murky business transactions, especially if you don't have a business background. However, if your professor really likes you to get the business story out of the case, beyond the legal, I would recommend also reading the case.
I would buy it again. |
