This review is from: High Court Case Summaries on Evidence (Keyed to Waltz,Tenth Edition) (Paperback)
I think Evidence is one of those courses that requires more than just reading the case law. In fact, I found it to be more of a rule based course than case law based. As a result, I didn't find this case summary book to be too helpful to my understanding of evidence during my evidence class. But, it did save me time from reading the evidence cases that were long and confusing. Basically, this book can be helpful for class, but not the your understanding of the course.
