Great service! Great selection!
I am very happy with the quality of the products, the service and the great selection. They ship the same day so the products arrived quickly the three times I have ordered.

Fragrance oil is not oil but alcohol !!!!
"Fragrance oil is not oil but alcohol" Please put this sentence in its description. I wanted some lamp oil with scent. But this is a kind of alcohol. I didn't know 'Fragrance lamp'. I just searched 'lamp / candle oil'. I couldn't see any description about alcohol. When I tried to request for refund, seller tried to teach me "Fragrance Lamp Oil is by definition a...

"Fragrance oil is not oil but alcohol" Please put this sentence in its description. I wanted some lamp oil with scent. But this is a kind of alcohol. I didn't know 'Fragrance lamp'. I just searched 'lamp / candle oil'. I couldn't see any description about alcohol.
When I tried to request for refund, seller tried to teach me "Fragrance Lamp Oil is by definition a product that is over 90% isopropyl alcohol with some fragrance added. It is used in a fragrance lamp and will not work for what you intended." How kind is he or she? I was very annoyed from this kindness. In my opinion, there are a lot of people who contact this item without any knowledge about fragrance lamp and its oil. Anyway I couldn't be refunded because I had removed seal. Seller would better change all description about this kind of items than teach customers. I'll never use this kind lamp and oil.
