If you are looking for a praise and worship CD that will literally take you to the place of praise and get you singing and dancing, this is the one for you. From the Lakewood Church in Houston, this live recording will make you want to go buy plane tickets just to go worship there and be filled with the spirit that so obviously flows in that place. The songs are upbeat and original. You will love it!!!

My church has been performing the version of Friend of God from this CD for a few months now. I had been searching and searching to find the exact version of the song so I could sing along in my car and had just about given up. As I was flipping through CD's at a Best Buy at Christmas time (sorry Amazon), I ran across this CD and noticed that Friend of God was on the disc. I took a chance and decided to buy it. Not only did I find the exact arrangement of the song I was looking for, but I found many more truly inspirational songs on this album. It has now been playing daily in my CD player for almost a month now! If your looking for true inspiration, just let this CD play all day long!

This is truly heartfelt worship. Having attended Lakewood for 2 years, this CD captures the sounds and Spirit of the services. Throughout, the focus is taken off us, and the focus is on lifting up the name of Jesus. You'll be truly blessed and inspired to worship along with the Lakewood team.

Well, what can I say Cindy and Israel they just takes me deeper in God. Every song is a blessing. I always seem to start with 'Bless the Lord' for my worship and go from there, then back to 'I am a friend of God'. The whole thing is brilliant - TRUE WORSHIP. I hope there will be a DVD for this. I'm relocating to Texas from the UK just so I can go to Lakewood.

I think that the album is great. It is truly a blessing to hear someone sing the Word of God. The Bible say that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word. This album is not only pleaing to the ear, but it helps build your faith. I love Cindy's voice and Israel is my favorite psalmist of all.

I attend Lakewood church every week. Pastor Joel is very inspirational and his message always prepares me for the week ahead. The awesome music is the icing on the cake I highly recommend this CD. In response to the negative comment from the "anonymous" person from MO,...your comments are sad, not the music itself.

It's an AWESOME cd! I bought for myself and then gave it to someone else and just recently blessed a friend of mine with it for her birthday. She too has been blessed by it. It's inspirational and is just an awesome cd to have playing in the background while you worship and seek the face of God.

I love songs #2,#3, #9, and #14. Well, I like all of the songs of worship in the CD, but those specific songs help me to concentrate on God's amazing grace and power. I bought a couple more as gifts for some friends. Its worth your money. The blessings are great.

As with my review of "We Speak To Nations", this is a HOT ONE and a must have.

I am so thankful that I stumbled upon this CD a few months ago. I play it everyday either at home, work, or car. Every track is a hit.

It definitely deserves a higher rating than "5" that's for sure.

We worship to this cd at my church in oakland,ca word 2 heart ministries. This is what prompted me to go ahead and purchase the cd. This is true worship!
