THIS BOOK WAS GOOD BUT THE EDITING WAS HORRIBLE!!!,

I really enjoyed this book but I gave it a 4 because of the very, very poor editing. Every chapter had numerous errors. This publishing company needs to hire better editors.

Do not by this book!!!,
This review is from: Cover Model (Paperback)
The plot of this book was poorly thought out. It was unrealistic even though it is a romance, by page 36 they were in love...with no growth or development of the characters. Not to mention the numerous grammatical errors that plagued this book.Every page had at least 3 errors in spelling or sentence construction. I got to chapter five and gave up.Based on this book I dont think I would buy another one of her books.

FInd me a Forbes....,
This review is from: Cover Model (Paperback)
I first read this book when it came out as an ebook at Red Rose Publishing and I enjoyed it a lot. I thought the plot was very interesting and creative on the author's part.
Forbes Huntingon is an FBI agent. He has to go undercover as a male model at a photo shoot to get closer to Kissa who happens to be the niece of the male he's looking for. At first, he isn't happy at all with his assignment until he sees the stunning Kissa and all thought about working on this case leaves his mind. All he can do if focus on her and finding a way to make her fall in love with him. Kissa isn't interested in doing anything, but typing the words 'The End' on the lastest book she's working on until the sexy male model wanders into her casting call late. I loved all the ups and downs that Kissa and Forbes has to go through to end up with each other. I'm really hoping that Ms. Rochelle writes a sequel to this book.

LOST POTENTIAL,

This story was about Kissa, a romance writer, who falls for Forbes, the male model selected to grace the cover of her new novel. Unknown to Kissa, the model is actually an FBI agent sent to get close to her so he can arrest her uncle. Along with the initial plot there's an incident with the KKK, a budding romance between two supporting characters, and a novel-inside-a-novel.
The premise of the story is interesting and for a 138 page book it is filled with action and drama. Unfortunately, with the numerous grammatical errors and some truly silly situations, the story fell painfully short. The author wasn't truly able to develop the characters and their journey of love, which made it hard to get to know them. Also, the constant description of how perfect their bodies were became tedious. Not wanting to ruin the story for those who still wish to read the book, I must say this. There's a part that I believe was meant to be romantically animalistic but was so extremely ridiculous in its situation that I laughed outloud. Also, I've never heard of a racist willing to momentarily giving up his supremist views to drool over the body of a person of another race. If I were you, I'd skip this read.

While this book is a good read, the story are too short. I enjoy it anyway.

Who is doing the editting????????,

This could have been an enjoyable read if it weren't for all of the grammatical errors. They interrupted the flow of the story.

Oh dear god...,

I can not count how many errors were riddled throughout this book...better yet, I stopped counting after the first chapter. The errors literally made reading this book painful. It was to the point that I not only didn't finish the book, but I went back to a few friends that I told I was reading it to, to make sure they didn't waste their time or money AND I wrote to Marie Rochelle personally. I never received a response but I guess what can any reasonable human-being realistically say..."Yes, I know the writing quality was poor, but I just wanted to bang out another book so I can get paid..." One could only wish for that sort of honesty so they reserve paying for a well written book.

I loved this story. The plot was great. The love scenes were hot as well as the main characters. I hope Marie writes a follow up story with the secondary characters in this book. Their story will be a great read as well.

A Disappointment!,

Did anyone read this over even once before putting it out? I had to force myself to finish this book. There were so many errors that the story was hard to follow and you could never get lost in the story because of annoyance at the typos.
