When I think of foundation, I think of something that will provide a great base coat that evens out my face. This product does not do that at all. However, it does work very nicely as a powder to apply over a foundation.

The brush is very messy to use and does not fit back into the container easily. It is also pretty messy to use, when I'm finished there will be a light dusting all over the sink. Instead I have started using one of those powder pads, that does seem to work a little bit better.

Would I buy this again? No. But was it worth the price to try it out? Yes.

This is perfectly good makeup, and Cover Girl is a good brand, but the container and applicator are tricky and messy to use.

Good enough for the price, but the buff beige color is a bit dark. I just mix it with another mineral powder foundation to get the color that matches my skin tone. The applicator is pretty worthless since the bristles are long & soft; it would deposit too much powder, but if you want to carry it in your purse for a touch-up, at least it won't spill & you'll have an applicator already attached instead of buying a seperate brush.

Product looks like it would be nice and neat, but it is really nice and messy....you end up with powder EVERYWHERE, then the bristles on the brush get bend when trying to put the brush back in the small compartment of the tube

Package arrived two days after I ordered it. The make up is super light weight and easy to apply. Fantastic. I would definitely recommend it!

I decided to try this when I ran out of my favorite brand bronzer and it was out of stock. This brand will put powder all of your counter top but not your face. It also does not last on your face. Certainly, colors vary depending on a computer monitor, but this looked like it would be too light for my skin but needed it in a pinch. Brush is not usefull as it is not soft. While the shade looks a pale beige/pink, it is actually a dark brown with red tones. Shipping was fast, but this product is not for me.

Came quickly I like this product, color/shade perfect! I figured out with earlier purchases, however, that the packaging is just not right! I use a plate, like from the dining room!, pour out about a half teaspoon of the powder and use a large soft foundation brush to apply it. (Actually I use n reuse the same paper plate) the brush this comes with is awkward for me to use, and you certainly can't use the tiny top of the container to evenly load the powder on any brush.

I love this product and was very disappointed to see that Cover Girl Discontinued it. I ordered several so I can stock up on it.
I don't really like the brush they provide but the product, itself, is some of the best around!

Okay. For starters, this causes a HUGE mess. Apply over a sink, or no where remotely NEAR your nice dress clothes. I usually use Cover Girl liquid foundation, and that's it. No powder. And that works for me. Wanting to change it up a bit, I reached out for the CG TruBlend Micro Minerals, and discovered a few things. Firstly, the normal color I used to buy in foundation did not match the color I got as powder. I had to go up a shade lighter (it was WAY dark/orange on me). Secondly, how the heck anyone could apply this without getting it beyond EVERYWHERE I cannot understand. Once you figure out the little brush thingy & how to get powder on it, smashing it all over your face seems all well and good (and surprisingly, the coverage to the face is decent) but then you look down and gasp. Yikes. So, this is not something easy or fast that I feel comfortable doing in the makeup mirror of my car 5 minutes before work. This is a "you better plan ahead & get up on time for this to work" makeup. Maybe I'm just not good at makeup either, so...YMMV.
