What an incredible book!
A magnificent book! A magical book! A fantastic book! This book will tickle the "funny bone" of any young reader (not to mention any adults in the neighborhood) and provide them with all the information they ever wanted to know about one of Mother Nature's most amazing creatures. Kids will howl and grown-ups will bellow with delight at each reading of...

nice but ...
This is a very nice book, full of great images. I have to say however that something really bothers me : "cow" tells children that bulls have horns, and cows don't. And that is absolutly false ! I tell you, my cow Daisy is really mad at the author and illustrator !

Cow is a udderly wonderful book! Great to read with the whole family. The calves at my house read it over and over till the cow came home and that's no bull.

i think that this book was good and my kids love it, but from what i've seen there's better out there. don't be fooled by all the pretty pictures. the informational content leaves a little something to be desired....

I bought this book on recommendation from someone at a Good Teaching Conference. It's bright and interesting, and has more information about cows than you'd ever want to know! My third graders like it, and it's good to have more non fiction books that are written in a fun way.
