I've read all of the Code of the West books, but this is one of my favorites. The romance between Rance and Ellie is warm and real, but even more I like all the family relationships and how they're worked out. Rance's father is really a piece of work! I liked the kids too. And it was neat to see some of the people who have been in other Code of the West books. Keep 'em coming, Anne!
