This toy is a waste of money. The marshmallows were disgusting, just like the other reviewers commented. My girls would not eat them. It was very hard to push the mixture thru the tube into the molds. Children could not do this alone. And it only came with 3 mixes. Lucky for us, it was a gift, so it was not my money wasted. I would NOT recommend this toy to anyone.

My daughter received this toy for her birthday. We mixed it up and could hardly stand the smell!! It was so terrible, we were afraid to eat it. Then we tried to squeeze the goop through the tube, and all it did was squish back up through the top. It took 2 adults to finally get the molds partially filled. After we let it set the recommended time, we took them out of the molds and were again blown away by the awful smell. We didn't eat any of it, threw it all in the trash. Then we were left trying to clean the cement like substance off the counter, our hands and clothes. Total waste of money!!!!!

There are lots of little pieces you have to wash, and it can only make 2 marshmallows at a time. The marshmallows looked and tasted DISGUSTING and we just threw them out. This is a huge waste of money.

My 8 year old daughter ended up with 6 STITCHES on her chin last night because of this piece of junk! As others have noted (but I didn't read the reviews until AFTER using this faulty product, it is extremely difficult to push the goo through the tube into the molds. She struggled with all her might to push down on the lever and the lever broke and the whole contraption flew off the dining room table. Her chin then slammed down into the table and split open requiring a trip to the ER and 6 stitches. I can't believe what a disaster this product is. I'd like to sue them! After coming home from the ER (at midnight no less) I had cement like goop all over to clean up to top it all off! Save your money and more importantly protect your kids and DO NOT buy this poorly designed and dangerous product!!!

Recieved this gift from a well-intentioned grandparent, and it is a waste of time and effort. As others have said, there's no way a kid could squeeze the marshmallow goo into the mold, as I could barely manage to push the plunger down. The pictures on the box are VERY misleading, as there is no icing stuff in the box, and only two colors of sugar sprinkles included.
Spend the money on a box of chocolate chips and just make some cookies. You and your kids will have more fun, be less frustrated, and actually have an edible result. Do NOT buy this product. If it's given to your kid, return it before opening!

Bought this product, along with donut maker from same manufacturer. This product performed as bad as the donut maker. We bought both for our daughters birthday party and what a disappointment. The product looked and tasted terrible.

The most horrible toy ever. The marshmallows are almost impossible to make and when we did manage to make one it smelled so awful my 6 year old would not even try it. I cannot believe they get away with selling this terrible product! Complete waste of money and time!!

Oh, my....this was the most disgusting toy we have ever experienced. The mix SMELLS horrible, it reminded us of urine, no joke. It was so bad, we could not possibly let our children consume the finished product.
Not to mention, the whole process of filling the molds is difficult for adults, forget about the kids being able to master it. And, one packet of mix gets you only one mold (two shapes) total. With three mix packets in the box, we paid over $20 for the "privilege" of making 6 smelly marshmallows. What a rip off, I would not recommend this product to anyone, please pass this one up! What a disappointment.

What a waste of time. The marshmellow just shoots out the top before the molds even get filled. I have tried unsuccessfully 3 separate to use the cheap piece of plastic and all we've gotten is frustrated kids and a big mess to clean up. ONLY GIVE THIS PRODUCT TO PEOPLE YOU DO NOT LIKE!

This was a big dissapointment. My kids 4 & 6 Love to eat marshmallows so I thought this would be lots of fun...boy was I wrong! The set-up was difficult. There were 2 peices that needed to line up so the mixture could be squished through into the molds, but they would never line up quite right. The smell of the mixture was terrible, I thought it smelled like urine! Unfortunatley, they tasted terrible too. I threw them out the mext day. I will never use it again...will probably just throw it out!
