This book has it all if you love crabs. Entire chapters dedicated to: Appetizers (including spreads, dips,etc.), Crab Soups, Crab Salads, Crab Cakes, Soft Shell Crabs, Deviled Crab, and Imperial Crab. The recipes are gastronomically pleasing! The book is a compilation of the author's favorite self-tested recipes of crab dishes from the country's best crab chefs. Also, these recipes are easy to make.

I live in the Chesapeake Bay area where blue crabs are held in high regard as maybe the best crab there is. This recipe book has a lot of classic, authentic and recipes, many if not most of which come from the people that live on the Bay and have been passed down for generations.This was advertised as a lightly-used book in good condition and that's exactly what I received. It arrived well-packaged and within a week of ordering. I would definitely order from this vendor in the future.
