The best crab cake I've ever tasted. And as I grew up in Maryland, that's saying something. I was amazed that food purchased online could be better than homemade. Highly recommend.

We ordered a large intial order from "The Crab Place", who by the way go under various other names [including "The Lobster Store" which should be an early warning of something ugly pending in the wind.]

Their "Big Momma Shrimp" was the toughest, blandest shell fish I have ever eaten.....and their Lobster tails were tasteless and mushy.

The WORST thing that arrived on my order was the jar of "Crab Place" tarter sauce. THERE SHOULD BE A CRIME against companys that make this poor of a product. It was separated, like a clear slimey yellowish fluid with what looked like crab entrails floating around in the bottle.
It literally made me nautious and we threw it into our kitchen trash can straight from "The Crab Place's" shipping container.

When I wrote to complain about these problems, MATT from the Crab Place basically said "Sorry to hear you were disappointed.....let me know how the Crab Cakes you also ordered turn out"

Matt........if this is your idea of Customer Service, then that explains the lack of quality, the inexcusable poor integrity of your company, and your williness to put "On Sale" so many of "The Crab Place's" products on the internet.

By the way, "Matt", every review of your Crab Cakes says your advertised "lump crab" is so pulverize3d you can't even be sure it is real Crab Meat! I think I am going to save mine for CAT FOOD, thank you!

I truly believe this company is selling online, ONLY because they have been shut down by the local health department and have no other way to make a buck!

All i Can Say Is Bad These Crabcakes Are The Worst I Had To Throw The Rest Away My Wife Was So Dissapointed I Called Them Up And No Refund And All They Could Say Is Sorry Never Again I Learned My Lesson
