Cracked Pepper Beer Bread Mix - Beer bread is one of the easiest breads to make and is perfect to go with any meat dish; especially beef. Ours is a delicious, old recipe with a wonderful yeast flavor from the beer and makes a very moist loaf of bread. The type of beer you use changes the taste - the alcohol evaporates during baking - and we recommend a full flavor, non-lite brand. Just the right amount of cracked, black peppercorns in the mix creates a tempting taste sensation that will compliment any meal! Yields 1-1/2 pound loaf; Start to Serve: 1 hr., 15 min.
